The house features a soaring, double-height living room, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open living area, and mid-century modern furniture. Zoned central air-conditioning and heat, wood-burning fireplace. New kitchen, all appliances are stainless, and the countertops are white Calatrava marble. The kitchen and the home are fully equipped. The house is perfect for entertaining indoors and out.
The primary bedroom suite is on the first floor, with a luxurious en-suite bath, a large tiled shower, behind a wall of glass and there is a deep soaking tub. Marble vanity top.
The second floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. There is an additional large open loft area that overlooks the living room and has a skylight and views over the property. The light is beautiful. There is a den off the larger upstairs bedroom. The second-floor bath includes a large walk-in glass shower and a skylight.
The 20 x 40’ swimming pool is saline, it is professionally serviced weekly and is surrounded by an 1800 square foot mahogany wood deck with lounge furniture, a sofa, and additional chairs. There is a dining table/chairs that seat six, three umbrellas, and a gas grill.
The house is on a gentle winding, quiet (no thru traffic) street which has paths through a 10,000-acre wooded preserve. The house is fully stocked with everything you want in the kitchen for cooking, serving, and entertaining, a Weber gas grill, all linens, bath and beach towels, Sonos speaker, WiFi, and cable included. The setting is private, the grounds have substantial trees and gardens. The location is just north of East Hampton Village, three miles to ocean or bay beaches. No pets or smokers, please.
